RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- We do not issue refunds
- Items purchased on wildbohem.com are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- All beauty, jewelry and swimwear are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
- All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or wash and all tags need to be attached. Items with make-up stains, heavy parfume scent on will not be accepted and will be shipped back to buyer.
- The hygienic linings in our swimwear bottoms must not have been taken off or reattached.
- If you received a damaged item please email us immediately at email@example.com
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.
How to Return/ Exchange an Item:
- To start your return, we offer an easy online returns process, our ONLINE RETURN PORTAL.
- Once we accept your request, we will email you a return label. Attach the label to the package and drop it off at your local post office. Please make sure you keep the receipt until we receive your return as we are NOT responsible for lost packages.
- After we receive your package, please give us 1-2 business days to issue you a store credit in a form of a gift card (that will never expire). Original shipping costs and return label cost will be deducted from the total credit.
- Only unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached and in original packaging will be accepted! If your order came in a cotton packaging please send it back with the garment.
- If the size you ordered is too small/too big, we offer exchanges as long as we have your size, just let us know as soon as possible so we can hold your size for you!
