Our Policy:

  • Full refund: all full price items purchased and shipped back to us within 7 days of you receiving the order is qualified for refund, exchange and store credit to your convenience
  • Store credit: if you miss the 7 days window, we offer exchange or store credit (as a form of gift card that will never expire)
  • Damage Item: Oh no! We are so sorry your new piece is damaged! Please contact us immediately at 
  • Final Sale: all items purchased with 20% or more discount, beauty, apothecary are final sale. No refunds or exchanges! 
  • Cancellations: as we ship daily, we can't accept cancellations! 
  • AfterPay: AfterPay is available for all of our United States customers. AfterPay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now and pay later via four equal fortnightly installments. AfterPay is a separate entity to Wild Bohém so if you have any questions in relation to fees, payments or your AfterPay account, please contact AfterPay direct. 
  • Shoes: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.

Ways to get a refund / store credit / exchange:

  • Refund to your original payment method: to start your return, we offer an easy online returns process, our ONLINE RETURN PORTAL. Once we accept your request, we will email you a return label. Attach the label to the package and drop it off at your local post office. Please make sure you keep the receipt until we receive your return as we are NOT responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your package, please give us 1-2 business days to refund you the amount (minus original shipping cost and return label cost). Only unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached and in original packaging will be accepted! If your order came in a cotton matching packaging please send it back with the garment.
  • Exchange: if the size you ordered is too small/too big, we offer free exchanges as long as we have your size or if you prefer to exchange it for another style. 
  • Issue a store credit:  if you would like to receive store credit we will only deduct the original shipping fee (if applicable) and we will cover the return fee so you receive free return on your order!
